SHOW UP BEFORE
YOU SHOW UP.
Turn one photo into a card your attendees actually want to post. Ready in under 30 seconds, no login, no design skills.
Free to build. Attendees never pay.
Brand one template
Your logo, colours and call to action. Takes a few minutes.
Send one link
Every attendee makes their own card from it.
Watch it spread
They post. Their networks see your event.
Try it yourself
This is exactly what your attendees will see.
For organisers
See exactly what your attendees generated.
Every event gets a live dashboard: visitors, cards made, shares by channel and the new visitors those shares bring back. Counted, not guessed at.
Sample dashboard. Figures shown are illustrative.
Multi-channel by default
One campaign, every place your attendees already post.
Most tools in this category export for LinkedIn and stop there. Cards come out sized for each channel, so nobody has to crop anything.
Square feed post, sized for both desktop and mobile previews.
Story and square formats, exported at full resolution.
Straight into chats and Status from the share menu on your phone.
Email & X
Drop the same card into your invite emails or post it to X.
Use cases
One tool, every moment worth announcing.
Turn the ticket list into a promotion list
Send the card link in the ticket confirmation and every registered attendee becomes a channel weeks before doors open.
- One template covers the whole attendee list
- Works from four weeks out through the day after
- Reaches people who haven't heard of the event yet
Printed vs digital
Your badge gets seen by the room. A card gets seen by the internet.
Most event budgets still go to things that only exist inside the venue. Here's what changes when the same idea goes digital.
| Question | Printed badge or banner | Digital share card |
|---|---|---|
| Who sees it | People already at the venue | Every attendee's network, before and after |
| When it works | The day of the event | Weeks before, during and after |
| Cost per extra person reached | Rises with every unit printed | Flat: one campaign, every attendee |
| Lead time | Print deadlines, shipping, reprints | Live in minutes, editable mid-campaign |
| Measurable | No | Visitors, cards, shares and return visits per channel |
| Drives registrations | Only for people already registered | Reaches people who haven't heard of you yet |
| Waste | Landfill the day after | None |
Community marketing
Your community is the one channel competitors can't buy.
Ad budgets are matchable. A few hundred people who genuinely want to tell their network they're going is not.
Every card is a real person vouching for your event by name. That's the part paid reach has never been able to replicate.
Built by event people, for event people.
We ran events before we built this. The reason it takes minutes instead of a kickoff call is that we were the ones waiting on the designer at 11pm the night before doors.
Privacy
Built to hold as little as possible.
Attendee photos are the most sensitive thing this tool touches. The design decision was to keep them off our servers entirely.
Photos render on the device
An attendee's photo is placed on the card in their own browser. It never reaches our servers.
Event data stored in the EU
Designs and event numbers are stored with Cloudflare in the EU. Organiser sign-in is handled by Clerk.
No attendee accounts
Attendees don't register, so there's no password, no profile and no login trail to secure or delete later.
Deleted when you're done
Organisers can delete an event and its numbers at any time. Events with no activity for a year are deleted for you.
The details are in our privacy policy.
Questions
Frequently asked
Do attendees need to sign up or install anything?
No. They open your link, add a photo and download the card. No account, no app, no password.
How long does it take to set up an event?
Most organisers are live in under ten minutes once their access is approved. Upload your design or start from one of our looks, mark where the photo and name go, and share the link. You can change the design mid-campaign without breaking the link.
What happens to attendee photos?
The card is made in the attendee's own browser, so the photo is never uploaded. We store the event design and anonymous counts: visits, cards made and shares.
How is this different from using Canva?
Canva makes one graphic at a time, made by you. Here you send one link and hundreds of attendees each produce their own on-brand card without opening a design tool or asking you for the file.
Can you design the card for us?
Yes. Send a brief from your organiser dashboard with your colours, logo and message, and we'll build the card and hand it back ready to share.
What does it cost?
It's free while we onboard our first organisers. Each event starts with room for 50 attendees, and we raise the limit for bigger events.
What kind of results should we expect?
It depends on your audience and how early you send the link. The biggest single factor is timing: campaigns that go out with the ticket confirmation consistently outperform ones sent the week of the event.
Does it work for things other than conferences?
Yes. Speaker announcements, new hires, promotions, award lists, certifications and partner programmes all use the same mechanic. Anywhere someone is proud to announce something.
Book a demo. See what organic reach actually looks like.
Fifteen minutes. We'll build a card for your next event on the call.
